Privacy Policy

This private beta uses customer-authorized AuthHub access to provide read-only ChatGPT™ answers for connected repair shops.

Data TekConnect Stores

TekConnect stores account identity, organization and shop metadata, explicit private-beta consent, OAuth grant state, provider connection state, normalized repair-order records, appointments, declined-work records, sync runs, usage events, and tool-call audit rows.

Tekmetric™ Authorization Data

TekConnect does not ask for Tekmetric™ passwords. The TekConnect Connector may send customer-authorized browser session artifacts from an authenticated Tekmetric™ tab to AuthHub so AuthHub can refresh access for that shop. Raw session artifacts must not be displayed in ChatGPT™ answers, screenshots, support notes, or public documentation.

Use Of Data

Data is used only to provide read-only ChatGPT™ answers for the authenticated shop, validate tenant isolation, show freshness status, and support audit and lifecycle operations.

Deletion

TekConnect supports ChatGPT™ disconnect, provider disconnect, and account deletion lifecycle endpoints. Broad public launch still requires approved durable deletion jobs, retention windows, backup handling, and deletion confirmation.

Private-Beta Consent And Retention

Private-beta consent must describe stored data categories, read-only use, connector-based Tekmetric™ authorization, disconnect and delete controls, retention windows, and backup handling.
